What we can't resolve directly

Because we're a review and comparison publisher and not a sportsbook operator, we're not able to access your account, process a payout, or intervene in a dispute with any of the books listed on this site. If you have an issue with a deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, or account verification, that has to go through the sportsbook's own customer support team — the contact details are on the operator's website, not ours.

It's worth remembering that offshore sportsbooks such as those reviewed here — including Lucky Rebel, Bovada, BetOnline, MyBookie and others we cover — are licensed outside the US, typically in jurisdictions like Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica. They are not regulated by any US state gaming authority, which means the dispute resolution and player-fund protections that apply to regulated US operators don't apply here. If a payout dispute arises, your recourse is generally limited to the operator's own support channels and, where applicable, their licensing jurisdiction — not a US regulator.
